Marching Uniform Return & Concert Formalwear Verification, Measurement, and Ordering

On Tuesday, November 4, 2008, beginning at 5:30 pm (the same night as chair placement auditions), band members must return their marching uniforms, get measured for concert formalwear (if necessary; see below), and place their orders for concert formalwear.

In preparation for November 4, please see the Formalwear page of our website, and do the following:

  • read the "Band Uniform Return & Concert Formalwear" letter (copies also sent home by Mr. Wetmore)
  • gather all parts of your uniform (jacket, bibs, collar liner, hat, and plume), wooden hanger, and garment bag
  • write a $10 check for dry cleaning your marching uniform (can also include the cost of concert formalwear; see below), made payable to Macomb Band Boosters
  • verify which formalwear items you need to order using the "Formalwear Verification & Order" form (copies also sent home by Mr. Wetmore)
  • complete the "Formalwear Verification & Order" form (copies also sent home by Mr. Wetmore)
  • come to chair auditions prepared to be measured for concert formalwear, if necessary (if you need formalwear, do not leave the high school without getting measured)
  • write a check for concert formalwear that you order (can also include $10 for dry cleaning; see above), made payable to Macomb Band Boosters
