MHS Spring Trip Final Payment Reminder
Just a reminder that the balance of high school spring trip payments is due on Thursday, March 20. Click the "student account balances" link in the Web Alert area on the left-hand side of any MacombBands.org page for current balance information.

Mr. Wetmore and the Band Boosters are in need of 3-4 strong-ish individuals to help with stage setup and reorganization from about 5:00 pm to 8:30 or 9:00 pm this Thursday, March 6, for the Olympic Band Festival that Macomb will host.

The next Band Booster Meeting is Tuesday, March 4 at 7:00 in the band room.

Mr Wetmore and the Band Boosters have not received a significant number of MHS spring trip payments.
As of February 25, students who intend to make the trip should have earned or deposited at least $175 dollars in their trip accounts (see the link at the bottom of this e-mail for account balances as of Sunday, March 2). Please e-mail any corrections to the list to Sean O'Donnell-Brown. Also, note that the names of students who have indicated that they will not be attending the trip may not appear on the list.
If your student's balance is up to date, you need do nothing. If your student's balance is not up to date, however, PLEASE let Sean O'Donnell-Brown know of your intentions (still intend to pay, plan not to make trip, need assistance in paying for trip, etc) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We need to make a significant deposit for trip expenses THIS WEEK but may need to change our plans based on the response (or the lack of response) to this e-mail. Final student payments are not due until March 20.
Because the number of non-current payments is significant at this point, there is a chance that we will CANCEL THE TRIP unless we at least know about everyone's intentions.
Macomb Band Booster exists, in part, to make band activities possible for ALL band members—even when those activities may be beyond the financial means of some band families. If your band student would like to attend the spring trip but you're finding it difficult to pay for all or part of the trip, please let Sean O'Donnell-Brown or Mr Wetmore know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We truly would like to help!
