| 7:30-8:05 am | Drop off luggage and instruments in the auditorium |
| 8:05 – 11:15 am | Attend your 1st through 4th hour classes |
| 11:15 am | Pick up luggage and sandwiches and board buses |
| 11:45 am | Depart from Macomb HS for Chicago |
| 5:00 pm | Arrive at Dick's Last Resort for dinner |
| 6:30 pm | Leave restaurant for Chicago Symphony Center |
| 8:00 pm | Concert with Branford Marsalis |
| 9:30 pm | Leave Symphony Center for hotel |
| 10:30 pm | Arrive at Holiday Inn in Rolling Meadows, IL; ceck into rooms |
| 11:30 pm | Lights out |
| Day 2: Saturday, March 26, 2011 | |
| 7:00 am | Breakfast and free time for pool etc. |
| 9:00 am | Back to rooms for clean up and check out |
| 9:30 am | Check out of rooms and load buses |
| 10:00 am | Leave for Elmhurst College |
| 10:30 am | Arrive at Elmhurst College for clinics |
| 12:00 pm | Board buses for Woodfield Mall |
| 12:30 pm | Arrive at Woodfield Mall; on your own for lunch and shopping |
| 4:00 pm | Board buses for Chandler's for Supper |
| 4:30 pm | Supper at Chandler's |
| 5:30 pm | Board buses and head for Macomb |
| 10:00 pm | Estimated return to Macomb High School |
