| 3:30 am | Report to MHS |
| 3:45 am | Pull out for Champaign. We will make a short restroom stop en route. |
| 7:30 am | Arrive at U of I near Assembly Hall. Use restrooms, get a snack, change into uniforms. |
| 7:50 am | Unload equipment bus and truck |
| 8:20 am | Warm-up and tune for field show |
| 8:50 am | Leave for field show |
| 9:14 am | Field show performance |
| 9:27 am | Photos |
| 10:00 am | Back to buses for snacks and chill time |
| 10:50 am | Warm-up and tune for parade |
| 11:20 am | Leave for parade start |
| 11:57 am | Parade step-off time |
| 12:30 pm | Back to the buses to pack equipment, change, etc. |
| 1:00 pm | Go to lunch |
| 3:30 pm | Meet at buses for check-in with chaperones before returning to the stadium to watch the remaining performances |
| 4:00 pm | Leave for stadium as a group to watch the remaining performances |
| 5:45 pm | Marching Illini |
| 6:00 pm | Awards cermony |
| 7:00 pm | To the mall for a quick food stop |
| 8:00 pm | Leave for home with one quick restroom break |
| 11:30 pm | Arrive back at MHS |

Details
What Band Members Will Need
- Clean uniform with clean collar liner, black shoes, black socks, hat, black gloves, and plume
- Instrument and all equipment—mallets, etc. Remember: You play it, you carry it!
- Money for lunch, supper, snacks, souvenirs
- Great attitude and behavior
- Snacks for breakfast etc.
- Warm clothing and coats for evening. The evening in the stadium may be very cold!
