Time	Schedule Item
5:00 pm	arrive with instrument and music in the auditorium hallway store cases in the hallway and proceed into band room
5:10 pm	warm up in band room
5:20 pm	walk to Commons; proceed to band chairs.
5:30 pm	performance begins
5:45 pm	pack up instrument, and take it with you stay for the remainder of the concerts with your parents
7th Grade Band

5:30 pm	arrive with instrument and music store cases in slots to keep the floor clear
5:45 pm	proceed to band chairs, and warm up after 6th grade finishes
6:00 pm	performance begins
6:20 pm	pack up instruments stay for the remainder of the concerts with your parents
8th Grade Band
Time	Schedule Item
6:00 pm	arrive with instrument and music store cases in slots to keep the floor clear
6:15 pm	proceed to band chairs, and warm up after 7th grade finishes.
6:30 pm	performance begins
6:50 pm	pack up instruments stay for the remainder of the concerts with your parents
