3:30 pm pack equipment and change
4:15 pm depart for Western
4:30 pm arrive at Q lot at Western
4:37 pm report to Western Hall and unload equipment
4:52 pm warm-up at or near Western Hall
5:22 pm leave for stadium
5:37 pm report to stadium
5:52 pm perform
6:10 pm listen to the Marching Leathernecks
6:30 pm
  • return to buses
  • pack equipment
  • change into street clothes
7:20 pm listen to Quincy HS and Alan B Shephard HS
7:55 pm listen to the Marching Leathernecks
8:15 pm awards cermony
8:45 pm return to buses
9:30 pm
  • return to MHS
  • unload equipment

Details

What Band Members Will Need

  • Clean uniform with clean collar liner, black shoes, black socks, hat, and plume
  • Instrument and all equipment—mallets, etc. Remember: You play it, you carry it!
  • Money for the meal at Western
  • Great attitude and behavior
  • Try to wear clothes that you can fit comfortably underneath your uniform. The changing facilities are very limited at Western Hall!
