9:30 am	meet at the high school for a warm-up rehearsal
11:00 am	pack equipment break for lunch
12:15 pm	report
12:30 pm	depart for Pekin; bring the following: uniform instrument black socks black gloves black shoes hat plume all necessary equipment to perform the show
2:45 pm	arrive at Pekin High School get a bite to eat
3:45 pm	back to buses to change and get ready for show
4:20 pm	report
4:30 pm	warm-up on practice field A
5:10 pm	leave for the stadium
5:20 pm	perform
6:00 pm	drum majors report to track
6:30 pm	awards
7:00 pm	depart Pekin dinner in Canton
10:30 pm	return to MHS

Clean uniform with clean collar liner, black shoes, black socks, hat, and plume
Instrument and all equipment—mallets, etc. Remember: You play it, you carry it!
Money for food
Great attitude and behavior
Try to wear clothes that you can fit comfortably underneath your uniform. The changing facilities are very limited in Pekin!

Bring sun visors and/or sun glasses (bands will perform between audience and the sun with audience looking into the sun)
