IHSA Organization Contest Band Schedule
Time	Itinerary Item
4:30 pm	report to MHS in concert black, load equipment, and board buses
5:00 pm	leave MHS
5:45 pm	arrive at Avon High School unload percussion equipment into gym get something to eat
6:30 pm	Concert Band report back to buses Concert Band get instruments and music
7:00 pm	Concert Band warm-up
7:30 pm	Concert Band performance
8:00 pm	Concert Band sight reading Wind Symphony back to buses Wind Symphony get equipment and music
8:30 pm	Wind Symphony warm-up Concert Band back to buses Concert Band put away instruments Concert Band go back into the school to change back into street clothes
9:00 pm	Wind Symphony performance
9:30 pm	Wind Symphony sight reading
10:00 pm	all students back to the buses Concert Band percussionists please help with equipment after Wind Symphony is at sight reading
11:15 pm	return to MHS

Details

Band students will need their tuxes, black dresses, black shoes, black socks, music, instruments, mutes, and money for food at Avon High School.

This is a mandatory performance worth 200 points.
