| Time | Schedule Item | 6:15 am | Report to MHS |
| 6:30 am | Depart for PORTA High School |
| 8:00 am | Arrive at PORTA High School. Please sign up at your audition room first; then, start warming up. |
| 12:00 noon | Hopefully, we will be done. Eat lunch at PORTA high school as we will not stop on the way home. |
| 12:30 pm | Depart from PORTA High School |
| 2:00 – 3:00 pm | Intended return to MHS |

Remember
- Wear nice clothes: Make a good first impression.
- Bring music, instrument, and money for food at PORTA<,/li>
- You may bring a change of clothes for after the auditions.
- High School students: Band rehearsal 6:00 – 9:00 pm same evening in the stadium (last evening marching band rehearsal of the season).
