| 8:45 am | Meet Mr. Wetmore at the corner of Lafayette and Piper in uniform no cases! |
| 9:00 am | Warm-up |
| 9:30 am | Parade steps off |
| 11:30 am | Parade ends at the corner of Western Ave. and Adams streeet. Have your ride meet you there. |
| Get a good lunch and drink lots of fluids | |
| 1:00 pm | Meet at the high school for a warm-up rehearsal. Please eat a good lunch before you arrive. |
| 2:30 pm | Rehearsal ends. Pack-up equipment. Make sure you have uniform, instrument, black socks, black gloves, black shoes, hat, plume, all necessary equipment to perform the show. Load truck, equipment bus, and passenger buses. |
| 3:30 pm | Pull out for Geneseo |
| 6:00 pm | Arrive at JD Darnnell High School |
| 6:15 pm | Eat supper at Geneseo (the food is very good!) |
| 7:15 pm | Back to the buses to change-use restrooms, etc. |
| 7:30 pm | Guide escorts us to the practice field |
| 7:45 pm | 15 minute warm-up on the practice field |
| 8:00 pm | Leave for the stadium |
| 8:30 pm | Performance |
| 8:45 pm | Back to the buses to change, pack equipment, etc. |
| 9:00 pm | IVC |
| 9:15 pm | Geneseo in exhibition |
| 9:30 pm | AWARDS CERMONY |
| 10:00 pm | Back to the buses |
| 10:20 pm | Pull out for Macomb |
| 12:45 pm | Arrive back at MHS |

Details
Need
- Clean uniform w/ clean collar liner, black shoes, black socks, hat and plume
- Instrument and all equipment, mallets, etc. Remember, you play it, you carry it!
- Money for the meal in Geneseo
- Great attitude and behavior
- Try to wear clothes that you can fit comfortably underneath your uniform. The changing facilities are very limited in Geneseo!
