Band members must obtain the following formalwear through Band Boosters to ensure uniformity.
Band Boosters will take measurements for concert attire orders on November 4, 2008. Please complete any concert attire exchanges before that date.
Boosters will need to know on the day that we take measurements which, if any, elements of the required concert attire (see below) each band member needs to order so that we can place our orders with our vendors in order to receive them and allow sufficient time for families to arrange for necessary alterations before the annual holiday concert on December 14, 2008.
To that end, Mr. Wetmore send home a formalwear verification form during the week of October 27. Please complete the form as soon as possible and send it with your band member to marching uniform return and formalwear measurement night on November 4.

Note: Not intended for orders of new formalwear. Band Boosters will take orders for new formalwear on the date that we take measurements (tentatively scheduled for November 4, 2008).
Please determine as far in advance of the day on which we will take measurements as possible whether or not your band member(s) will need to order any or all elements of the required concert attire from the bands' vendors.
